Menus
The menu at Trishna is comprehensive and alluring, encompassing both the traditional as well as the latest evolution in coastal Indian cuisine. There is an emphasis on simple presentation and flavour through a selection of carefully sourced seasonal fish, crustacea, meat, poultry and seasonal vegetables prepared over a charcoal sigri, tandoori clay oven and iron tawa as well as a variety of creative home made desserts. There is no set protocol on ordering from the menu; instead dishes are designed with the concept of sharing in mind.
